Inforenergetics is a new frontier science wich was announced for the first time at an international level at the Intermediteranean Health Meeting between 9 -12 of September 1992 in Mamaia, by its founder, Mr. Claudian Dumitriu, M.M., member of the Balcanic Health Union, president of the Romanian Dowsing Society, the Inforenergetic Foundation „Saint Appostle Andrew” and of the Inforenergetic Society.



The paper that introduced the new science, i.e. „Inforenergetics”, has been high coted at the meeting from Mamaia and it received Diploma of Honor.



Inforenergetics (I.E.) is concerned with the study of phenomena and processes determined by a quantity of information Qi, organised on a more or less complex algorithm, and implemented on an energetic support (electromagnetic, chemical, mechanical and so on) the best for a particular goal, in order to get expected effects, results, or high efficiency for any informational, energetical or material aims.



This spiritual science, that includes all the modern sciences and the teachings of The Holly Book, has its own researching methods.



Inforenergetics makes possible the investigation and the research of whole reality, using its own theoretical body and its rigorous scientific methods, tehnics and proceedings, finding applications in all the fields of activity.



It also encourages the spring and development of vegetable, animal and human extrasensitivity. It implies perception and decoding of inforenergetical signals (informational and energetical) by other means than the five senses and from longer distances than the range of the human five senses.



Mainly due to the sensitivity of human soul at inforenergies, the information that comes from the signal sources are noticed or not by the common human five senses of the phisical body.



Signals are detected and measured by the moving of an auxiliary instrument called – ansa. This instrument is turning round over a centesimal protractor, showing the dimensions of the received signals - alfa numerical – according to an unique scale of numerical values, and according to the specific theoretic body of Inforenergetics. All these characteristic features make possible the using of computing tehnics and of all modern sciences, in the field of Inforenergetics, with all the consequences.



The scale of I.E. measurement is accesible only limited to the classical and aknowledged instruments of scientific measurement, usually i.e. mesurements being of higher precision than classical ones (usually, I.E. measurements perceive less than 7 Hz frequences).



People may research so, in all the fields of modern sciences and this may pro-duce a real revolution in every science, with minimum phisical effort and without material costs.



The author of this theoretical body and of the instruments of measurement established specific and unique i.e. parameters, useful in the investigation of every living system matters (vegetables, animals, human and not only) or chategory of existence.



These unique parameters are variable during the time for every living system, between two minimum and maximum limits.



For every mesured object we can find the specific characteristics and so, we may know wich are the I.E. capabilities of every measured object. So, we can find out the parameters under a desired value, in order to correct them, for every living measured system. Inforenergetics provides the specialists with simple or quite complex tehnics able to improve some i.e. parameters. For human beings, the complexity of the applied tehnics varies, according both to the quality and the spiritual level of the i.e. specialist and the beneficiary.



To be an i.e. specialist or expert, is a way of life. It implies the highest respect for Divine Lows and also for terrestrial lows. It implies to observe the ethical code of the i.e. specialist proffesion. This include full faith in Holly Trinity, full selfconfidence and a steady engagement only in good actions, according to The Holly Trinity Will. The expert in Inforenergetics must know his own limits and he has to keep himself in humility and away from engaging in acts with negative resonance (thoughts, talkings or actions). It also demand a continous professional ethic and spiritual autoperfectioning because, as The Great Budha said “



The world spiritual illumination begins with yourself illumination”. Observing the rules of Christian Orthodoxian religion, keeping a permanent communication with The Divine Sphere and appliyng I.E. technics, in order to fulfil The Holly Trinity goals and good interests of human beings, lead to the development of a highersensitivity and perception of the real world and a better acces to information about all kinds of systems (living or not living). We use ansa and the protractor for diciphering of those information that our soul received and percived. So, we can establish the precise numerical values some phenomena or systems or we can locate events in terrestrial time ( from past, present or future, from sources located for away from the place of measurement).



We also may asses the state of health of an living system together with the causes of illnesses. So, we can address on the same time to the causes and to the effects, in order to abolish them. By these technics we discovered again the traditional healing methods applied by our ancestors - The Dachians. Herodot, the great historian related about his meeting with a Scythian healer from Zamolxis School, who said that “You may not heal a part of a body, without healing firstly the soul of a human being”.



Obviously, our ancestors knew much more than us about healing and about everything because they remained much nearer God than us. They had a better communion with God and so, they got a superior acces to The Data Basis of Our Holly Heavenly Father.



In those times when young peoples were initiated in early ages and they were able to do things that now, few of us are able to do, in those days, it was unusual for people to have not such abilities. To have not such abilities was equal with being spiritual degenerated - a handicapp not tolerated by the social majority. It was compulsory for every body to overcome such a handicapp by urgent relienking of his/her communion with God and Divine Sphera.



All of us have to become conscious about the fact that we are only some relays for the transmission of The Holly Trinity Will. How much this Will is transmitted and filfiled by each of us, it is a matter of personal endeavour for being in the service of The Holly Trinity goals. It is also a matter of setting up our priorities and of correctly working with the hierarchy of our own structures (seen and not seen).



From the researches already done by applying I.E. technics, we have seen that, without exception, the illnesses a issues of the lock of holly communion with God, and the result of an unproper using of our own structures. This thing must be understood by our potential patients. They have to radically transform their innerself and knowledge about existence, rules and goals of God, in order to get a durable healing. Otherwise the illness migrates from an organ to another, from a structure to an other, until the initial cause is moved away. At that moment a much improved relation with God is functioning and the Divine Lows are again permanently observed.



By applying all theses technics, we have been able to present at different international meetings of Balcanic Health Union, in the name of the founder Mr. Claudian Dumitriu, for the first time in the world, some healed AIDS cases, cancer cases or other high difficult to heal illnesses - healed by our experts I.E. - certificated by all the necessary laboratory tests. We published information about all these healed cases in our Review of Dowsing and Inforenergetics. We presented them also in our national I.E. symposions.



During the time, we have seen that man is able to live about 40 days without food, to survive two weeks without water and about eight minutes without breathing. But how long is able man to survive without Divine Spirit inside? How long can man function as human being without The Holly Spirit imprinted on his structures? Here are two of the questions that we ask those peoples who hardly understand the high priority of the inside spirit, and of the inside presence of God, when man lives on the Earth. We also ask a rethorical qustion: “Do you want to have a good health?” The answers to these questions determine every body to understand better the way of healing, than speaking them about the inforenergetic of environement, or about the human condition in the energetic, informational and time time matrix, or about cause – effect low and so on. Many of the patients understand the fine relations existing between applied i.e. technics and the demanding of observing Christian spiritual discipline. The results are spectacular when the pacient directly and deeply participate at the process of healing.



Many patients become themselves therapeuts after they were healed, and after attending the courses organised by Romanian Dowsing Society and Inforenergetic Society. These courses may be attended only by persons over four year old, with parameters I.E. over the inferior limits. The persons presenting i.e. parameterers under inferior limits, are temporary not allowed to attend these courses, until they proove that they made the necessary personal efforts on spiritual field for improving their i.e. parameters. So that, the courses of Inforenergetics may be attended only by those persons who meet all the demanded conditions. The attendants and even more the therapeuts must observe the terrestrial and Divine Laws, and the specific engagements for being member of R.D.S. and St.A.F.



The certitude that these courses are high considered by the attendants comes from the fact that now, besides Bucharest, where thereis the highest audience, these courses are attended in other 24 cities of our country. These courses were demanded also abroad, but until now, the founder Mr. Claudian Dumitriu decided, the time came not yet for this.



For the future, starting with 2001, he decided to start courses for foreign people, if requested. As follow in 2002 first german citizen was absolved third degree of Inforenergetic, in 2003 an peruan citizen absolved five degree of inforenergetic, etc.



The occupation of specialist (or expert) in inforenergy and dowsing received official recognition by the Ministry of Labour Decision no. 35/18.05.1999. R.D.S. is the single society in kind in our country which prepare specialists in the field. Besides these courses, R.D.S., St. A. F. and I.S. contribute to the goal of reestablishing the Spiritual unity of the Romanian people and of the people all over the world, engaging many social activities in the benefit of those in need (orphanages, hospitals, churches, monasteries, etc.), too to the education institutions for the young people. Starting from 1996, R.D.S., St.A.F. and I.S. have organized every year national and international symposiums and conferences, on different fields of interest including: health problems, modern sciences, agriculture, economy, industry, futurology, as the following:



Symposiums: in 1996 the first symposium al Galatzi; in 1997 the second at Bucharest; in 1998 the third, at Timisoara; in 1999 the fourth, at Oradea; in 2000 the fifth, at Bucharest; in 2001, the sixth at Ploieşti; in 2002, the seven at Arad; in 2003 the eight at Braila; in 2004 the nine at Galatzi; in 2005 was the tenth at Braşov; in 2006 will be at Cluj.



Conferences: in 1997 the firsth national conference at Piteşti; in 1998 the second at Arad and the thirt at Braila; in 1999 the fourth at Craiova; in 2000 the five at Arad and the sixth at Braşov; in 2001 the seventh at Cluj; in 2002 the eight at Timişoara; in 2003 the nine at Buzău; in 2004 the tenth at Iassy; in 2005 the ileventh was at Bucharest; in 2006 will be at Craiova.



The large field of practice applications of the Inforenergetics is proved by many papers awarded with prizes at symposiums and conferences, as follows:



A.In the field of ecology: “Ecosystem water- environement-aer as life environment for human kind”, “Water puryfying for getting its original qualities as vital element for human kind and life” by the following authors: Claudian Dumitriu, N. Chira, Şt. Dună, Sorin Şipoş. On 22-nd march at Tulcea, was the conference whit the ecologyc specialists For Danube Rezervation, for establish the main measurements for the saving of the living systems and the environement, in critical situations, etc.



B. In the field of Genetics: “D.N.A. as Expresion of the Primordial Algorithm of Devine Creation by Vlad Rusescu and Carmen Diaconeasa; Biostimulators and biocommunication human being - plants” by V. Ciupa, O. Savu and Şt. Dună, etc.



C. In the field of Technics: “Applications of Dowsing in Industrial Electronics” by I. Voicu, etc.



One of our activities ment to set up again the spiritual unity of the Romanian people, is to publish books with spiritual subjects, written or translated by the members of R.D.S. and St.A.F. As already published some books entitled: “Decebal’s Head”, “The Establisher” or “The Fourth Magus”. These books include information coming from some researches belonging to a group of experts led by Mr. Claudian Dumitriu.



We published also, the first book of spiritual poetry belonging to Ms. Alexandra Dumitriu, who is the author of the books already mentioned.



From a long period of time ago, we colaborate with Edgar Cayce Foundation (ARE), from Virginia Beach and in this frame, we published five translations in Romanian language, of Edgar Cayce readings. The title of these books are “Twelve lessons of personal spiritual life” by Kevin Todeschi- techer at the University for Transpersonal Studies from Virginia Beach; “The Haloes”, “Searching for God” and “Step by step” written by the American Group of Study Edgar Cayce; too, “A million years toward the promises land” by Robert Krayenke- the co-ordinator of the American Group of Study.



We realise the goals of our Society and Foundation by means like these:



-organising and participating at setting up or reconditioning for different churches, monastiries or monuments of our ancestors;



- promoting programmes for salvation and preservation of monastiries, monuments, praying sites and of any other historical and cultural values from Romanian spiritual, cultural and scientific thesaurus;



- being sponsor for spiritual, cultural, scientific, technic, managerial and economic activities, initiated by different associations, entrepenors or other organisations with the same concerns as our Society and Foundation;



- organising courses and seminars of Inforenergetics in our own centres or in the units of National Education System (public or private) and also for other entrepenors;



- engaging in studies, experiences, scientific papers and projects, prognostications and multidisciplinare groups of study, using Inforenergetics;



- setting up and organising specialised healing centres, using i.e. technics and proceedings beside natural and classical ways of tretment;



- publishing, translating and spreading of books, publications, informative reviews;



- setting up Radio and TV channels for our spiritual and nonpolitical goals.



In the conclusion of this brief presentation of Inforenergetics- this interdisciplinary science, having briliant forerunners as the academician Eugen Macovschi, with his theory about living biostructure of material existence as per his communication from 1982, the academician Mihai Drăgănescu with his book Material World Ring ed. 1986, Şt. Odobleja- with his Consonantist Theory, or the Papers concerning Dowsing of the high specialist Victor Săhleanu- director of the Institute for Anthropology of The Romanian Academy- member of honor of our Society, we wish to express our hope and confidence that this science will become in near future an useful instrument for all the scientists.



The Romanian Dowsing Society, Inforenergetic Foundation St. Andrew and Inforenergetic Society are high interested in finding and promoting new fields for Inforenergetics applications, and also, for new opportunities to cooperate with other specialists.
